Tour Manager - Sports / Leisure & Recreation Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel and logistical arrangements for our sports and leisure events and personnel. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex itineraries across various locations within India. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical background, potentially from an M.Pharma education, to ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to strict protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive travel itineraries for athletes, staff, and VIPs, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
- Coordinate with event organizers, venue managers, and local authorities to ensure smooth logistical operations.
- Oversee budget management for all tour-related expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct pre-tour briefings and post-tour debriefings with all stakeholders.
- Manage on-ground logistics during tours, addressing any issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all travel arrangements, expenses, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality of service.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess risks, optimize routes, and improve overall tour efficiency.
