Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential tourism opportunities within and around IRB's infrastructure assets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for new tourism services, including destination development, visitor engagement, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with government bodies, local communities, and private sector partners to secure necessary approvals and foster partnerships.
- Oversee the design, development, and management of tourism facilities and attractions.
- Create marketing and promotional strategies to attract tourists and enhance the visibility of our tourism offerings.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for tourism development projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the tourism sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Drive innovation in tourism product development and service delivery.
