Role Summary:
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating various tourism-related services and initiatives within UPL's Indian operations. The individual will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external tourism partners, ensuring seamless execution of travel arrangements, event support, and related services that may indirectly support business development or employee welfare activities. This is a unique role supporting a global chemical MNC with a significant footprint in India, requiring a blend of logistical expertise and understanding of corporate needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel arrangements for employees and guests, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers (hotels, travel agencies, event organizers) to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
- Provide on-site support for corporate events, conferences, and visitor programs, ensuring smooth logistics and participant experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key tourism and hospitality partners across India.
- Assist in the planning and execution of incentive trips or corporate retreats.
- Manage budgets and track expenses related to tourism services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance travel and hospitality services for UPL employees and visitors.
- Gather feedback and implement improvements based on user experience.
