Job Description
Role Summary: The Tourist Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting company personnel, clients, and guests to various locations within India, ensuring a comfortable and timely travel experience. This role is crucial for supporting the operational and client-facing activities of our publishing and stationery business, especially for visiting dignitaries, partners, and potential clients. The driver will also be expected to maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations in India.
Transport company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations for meetings, events, and site visits.
Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation services.
Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of assigned vehicles, including regular checks of fuel, oil, tire pressure, and brakes.
Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort during the journey.
Navigate efficiently using GPS devices and local knowledge.
Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Be available for flexible working hours, including occasional night or weekend duties.
