Role Summary: We are seeking an exceptionally qualified and highly motivated individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as a Tourist Driver. This unique role involves providing specialized transportation and logistical support for our esteemed international medical tourists and their accompanying family members, ensuring their comfort, safety, and timely arrival at appointments and facilities within the Thane region. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of patient care protocols and a meticulous approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe and comfortable transportation for international medical tourists and their families to and from airports, hotels, and Apollo Hospitals facilities in Thane.

Ensure timely arrival at all scheduled appointments, including doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, and hospital admissions.

Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness at all times.

Assist patients with mobility and comfort during transit, demonstrating empathy and respect for their medical conditions.

Possess an in-depth knowledge of Thane's road network, traffic patterns, and efficient routing to minimize travel time.

Communicate effectively with patients, hospital staff, and concierge services to coordinate schedules and address any immediate needs.

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
