Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Town / Urban Planner with 3-5 years of experience to join our expanding team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be a Any Graduate with a strong understanding of urban development principles, land use planning, and regulatory frameworks. This role involves contributing to strategic planning initiatives and ensuring compliance with local development norms for our infrastructure and real estate-related projects within the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on demographic trends, land use patterns, and socio-economic factors impacting urban development.
- Assist in the preparation of master plans, zoning regulations, and development control rules.
- Review development proposals and applications for compliance with planning regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies and consultants, on planning-related matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visual aids to communicate planning recommendations and project updates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest urban planning policies, technologies, and best practices relevant to the Indian context.
