Town / Urban Planner - TV / Radio (Thane)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Town / Urban Planner with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial for optimizing our operational presence and ensuring efficient resource allocation within our broadcasting and media infrastructure. While formal urban planning degrees are not mandatory, a strong aptitude for spatial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving is essential. You will work closely with various departments to understand their spatial needs and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing spatial data related to broadcast infrastructure and operational sites.

Support the development of site selection strategies and feasibility studies for new media facilities.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements for space utilization and facility planning.

Contribute to zoning and regulatory compliance checks for media operations.

Prepare reports and presentations on spatial analysis and planning recommendations.

Maintain databases of operational sites, land use, and relevant demographic information.
