Job Description
Role Summary:
The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing and processing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to liaunt effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of TPA-related claims, reimbursements, and payments.
Liaise with TPAs to resolve queries, discrepancies, and operational issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all TPA transactions and communications.
Monitor TPA performance against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of TPA partners.
Prepare regular reports on TPA activities and performance for management review.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in TPA management.
