TPA Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented TPA Executive to join our dynamic team. The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing and processing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) related activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within the hardware and networking domain. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) claims and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with TPAs, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure all TPA-related documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor TPA performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding and management of new TPA partnerships.
- Stay updated on relevant insurance regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on TPA activities, claim status, and performance metrics.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions for complex TPA-related issues.
- Support the development and implementation of TPA policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TPA services with overall business operations.
