TPA Executive

Role Summary: The TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating third-party logistics providers and ensuring smooth execution of import and export operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (e.g., freight forwarders, customs brokers, trucking companies).
• Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Process and verify invoices from third-party vendors.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, finance) to ensure seamless logistics flow.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate reports as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within third-party logistics management.
