Role Summary: The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing and processing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) related tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle various administrative and data management functions within the analytics and KPO domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage all incoming and outgoing TPA-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for TPA operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of TPA activities and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to TPA performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to TPA services.
• Support the TPA team in daily operational tasks and projects.
