Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced TPA Executive to join our dynamic team at Cygni Events. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing third-party arrangements and vendor relationships within our fast-paced events and live entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background (Doctorate/PhD) and have 3-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a keen understanding of contractual obligations, risk assessment, and performance monitoring. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of events through effective TPA management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive third-party agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) for event vendors and partners.
Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for all potential third-party vendors.
Monitor vendor performance against contractual terms and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, acting as a primary point of contact for contractual and operational matters.
Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to third-party contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and value.
Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to resolve any contractual disputes or issues.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in third-party management within the events sector.
Prepare regular reports on TPA performance, risks, and opportunities for senior management.
