Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Trading, Asset & Wealth Management division. This role will involve supporting and executing strategies related to financial asset management, investment analysis, and client wealth advisory within the context of our extensive infrastructure and real estate business operations in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks relevant to L&T's diverse business interests.
- Support the development and implementation of asset and wealth management strategies for institutional and high-net-worth clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Assist in the execution of trading strategies, including equities, fixed income, and other financial instruments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the financial implications of infrastructure and real estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading and asset management processes.
