Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional with a B.Pharma background and 3-5 years of experience to join our Trading, Asset & Wealth Management team. This role will involve managing and optimizing investments related to our clinical research and contract research operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial health.

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of assets and investments, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic financial goals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for trading and asset management, focusing on risk mitigation and return maximization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, finance, and legal, to assess financial implications of research projects and business development initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports, performance analyses, and investment recommendations for senior management.
