We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee / Apprentice Chef to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and an M.A. degree, looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate culinary environment within the furniture and furnishing industry. You will work closely with our experienced culinary staff to prepare high-quality meals for our employees and corporate events, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.

Learn and practice culinary techniques and kitchen management practices.

Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Participate in inventory management and stock rotation.

Contribute to menu planning and recipe development as required.

Ensure timely execution of meal services for corporate staff and events.
