Role Summary: The Trainee / Apprentice Production Operator will be responsible for assisting in various stages of the electronics manufacturing process under the guidance of experienced supervisors and technicians. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
- Assist in material handling and inventory management.
- Report any production issues or defects to supervisors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
