We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainee Chef to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced culinary environment. The Trainee Chef will support the head chef and kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Learn and execute fundamental cooking techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and receiving.
- Support the kitchen team in plating and presenting dishes.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve culinary skills.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to a positive team environment.
