We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Transcriptionist to join our growing team at our Chennai facility. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience, who is detail-oriented and possesses excellent listening and typing skills. You will be responsible for accurately converting audio and video recordings into written text, supporting various departments within our food processing startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately transcribe audio and video files related to internal meetings, product development discussions, quality control reports, and marketing content.
Ensure correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting of all transcribed documents.
Identify and correctly spell technical terms, industry jargon, and names specific to the food processing sector.
Manage transcription workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
Review and edit transcribed content for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to clarify any unclear audio or content.
