Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Transcriptionist to join our growing team. The Transcriptionist will be responsible for accurately converting audio and video recordings related to our electronics manufacturing operations into written text. This role is crucial for documentation, quality control, and knowledge management within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to audio and video recordings of meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and quality control reports.
- Transcribe spoken content accurately and efficiently into written documents.
- Ensure correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting in all transcribed documents.
- Identify and correctly spell technical terms and jargon specific to the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines for all company-related information.
- Manage and organize transcription files and related documentation.
- Meet established turnaround times for transcription requests.
