Transcriptionist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Transcriptionist to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 1-3 years of experience in transcribing technical and general audio content. You will be responsible for accurately converting audio and video recordings into written documents, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings of meetings, technical discussions, product development sessions, and other relevant content.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all transcriptions, paying close attention to technical jargon and industry-specific terminology.
- Utilize transcription software and tools efficiently to maximize productivity and maintain quality.
- Proofread and edit transcriptions for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and punctuation.
- Format transcripts according to established company guidelines and project requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all transcribed information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify any ambiguities or discrepancies in audio content.
- Manage transcription workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest transcription technologies and best practices.
