Role Summary:
As a Transition Manager at Air India, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful transition of projects, systems, and processes into operational environments. This role requires meticulous planning, effective communication, and a strong understanding of change management principles within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, business units) to ensure seamless integration of new systems or processes.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Identify and address potential issues or roadblocks during the transition process.
