Transition Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to oversee and manage the successful transition of projects, services, and business operations within our dynamic Consumer Electronics & Appliances division. The Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity and maximizing value realization. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on transition progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the transition.
- Ensure all transition activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for operational teams.
- Conduct post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless integration of new systems or processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the transition.
