Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Translator to join our team at Wipro Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately translating technical documents, user manuals, marketing materials, and internal communications related to our hardware and networking solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of both the source and target languages, as well as the technical terminology within the IT and networking domain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring clear and effective communication across our global teams and with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate a variety of technical and non-technical content from English to [Target Language] and vice-versa, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
- Review and edit translated content for grammatical accuracy, style, and consistency with company terminology and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product managers to ensure the accurate interpretation of technical concepts.
- Maintain a glossary of technical terms and ensure its consistent application across all translated materials.
- Manage translation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Adapt content for different audiences and platforms, including websites, software interfaces, and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and terminology in the hardware and networking sector.
- Provide linguistic support for localization efforts, ensuring products and services are culturally relevant.
