We are seeking a diligent and organized Transport Management professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations within the media and entertainment sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of resources, equipment, and personnel, supporting our dynamic production and broadcast activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all transportation activities, including vehicle scheduling, route optimization, and resource allocation.

Manage a fleet of vehicles, ensuring regular maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and efficient utilization.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of transport operations.

Track and report on transportation costs, performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize transport management software and other IT tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Address and resolve any transportation-related issues or emergencies promptly.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to transportation and logistics.
