Travel Agent / Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Agent/Consultant to manage all travel arrangements for our employees and business associates. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors.
- Create and manage travel itineraries for employees, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated effectively.
- Provide travel support and assistance to employees before, during, and after their trips.
- Manage travel budgets and process expense reports related to travel.
- Stay updated on travel policies, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
- Handle any travel disruptions or emergencies with prompt and efficient solutions.
- Generate reports on travel expenditure and trends.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
