Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for all employees, adhering to company policies and budget.
• Coordinate with travel vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Provide support and assistance to employees regarding their travel itineraries, visa requirements, and any travel-related issues.
• Maintain accurate travel records, generate reports on travel expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand travel needs and provide timely solutions.
• Utilize the B.Des background to suggest innovative improvements in the travel booking process and employee travel experience.
