Travel Desk Coordination - FinTech / Payments (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong academic background (Doctorate/PhD) to manage our corporate travel desk operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements for our employees in the FinTech/Payments sector. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, adhering to company policies and budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to negotiate favorable rates and terms.
- Implement and refine travel policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
- Provide pre-travel support and assistance to employees, including visa and passport coordination, and destination information.
- Handle post-travel reconciliation, expense management, and reporting.
- Analyze travel data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all travel-related regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies.
- Collaborate with HR and Administration departments on employee relocation and international assignments.
