Travel Desk Manager

Role Summary: The Travel Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate travel for BYJU'S employees. This includes planning, booking, and managing domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and providing excellent service to employees. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive travel policies and procedures for the organization.
• Manage all domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure cost savings.
• Utilize travel management software and systems to manage bookings, track expenses, and generate reports.
• Provide travel support and assistance to employees, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor travel trends and industry changes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all travel-related regulations and company policies.
• Manage the travel budget and prepare regular reports on travel expenditure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and partners.
