Role Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Travel Desk Manager with 3-4 years of experience, holding a B.Sc degree, to manage all aspects of corporate travel for our Pune operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and seamless travel arrangements for employees, adhering to company policies and optimizing travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure competitive rates and preferred services.
- Manage travel budgets and track expenses, providing regular reports on travel expenditure.
- Handle visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary travel documentation.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize travel management software and systems to book, track, and manage travel itineraries.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding travel policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve travel services to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
