Treasury Analyst (Any Graduate Required) - Chandigarh

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Chandigarh. The successful candidate will support the treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash management, financial risk mitigation, and accurate reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent analytical skills, suitable for an Any Graduate with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short-term cash needs.
- Execute funding and investment transactions as per established policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in managing foreign exchange exposures and hedging activities.
- Prepare treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts and investment performance.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., accounting, FP&A) on financial matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in treasury operations.
