We are seeking a motivated Treasury Analyst with 3-4 years of experience and a strong M.Tech background to join our dynamic finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash flow, financial risk, and banking relationships within the fast-paced electronics manufacturing industry. This role requires a keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and intercompany fund transfers.
Monitor and analyze foreign exchange exposure, recommend hedging strategies, and execute currency transactions.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring optimal banking arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of treasury reports, financial statements, and board presentations.
Support the implementation and enhancement of treasury systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
