We are seeking a motivated Treasury Analyst with 1-3 years of experience and a strong academic background, including an LLM, to join our finance team in Guwahati. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management of cash operations, including monitoring balances, processing payments, and forecasting cash needs.
Support the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct financial analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity.
Prepare reports on treasury activities, cash flow projections, and financial exposures for senior management.
Utilize legal and analytical skills derived from LLM education to interpret financial contracts, understand regulatory frameworks, and advise on compliance matters.
Collaborate with internal departments and external financial institutions to optimize treasury operations.
