Treasury Analyst - Liquidity & Equity

Role Summary:
This role is critical for managing the company's liquidity and supporting equity-related financial activities. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for monitoring cash flows, optimizing cash positions, and assisting in the execution of treasury strategies to ensure financial stability and support business growth within Tata Consumer Products' Indian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short-term and long-term cash flows.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash management structures.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage currency exposures.
- Support in the management of short-term investments and debt facilities.
- Assist in the analysis and reporting of liquidity metrics and key treasury indicators.
- Provide support for equity-related transactions, including share buybacks or issuances, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, Business Units) to gather information and implement treasury solutions.
- Prepare treasury reports and presentations for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within treasury operations.
