Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury & Forex professional to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's foreign exchange exposures, optimizing currency strategies, and ensuring efficient management of international cash flows. This role requires a strong understanding of global financial markets, hedging instruments, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the company's foreign exchange exposures arising from international trade, investments, and financing activities.
- Develop and implement effective hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks, utilizing various financial instruments such as forwards, options, and swaps.
- Manage international cash pooling and repatriation strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize financing costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant foreign exchange regulations and reporting requirements in India and other operating jurisdictions.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights on currency movements and their potential impact on the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, sales, and finance departments, to align treasury operations with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions for forex transactions and banking services.
- Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, forex exposures, and hedging effectiveness for senior management.
- Support in the evaluation and implementation of new treasury technologies and systems.
