Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Treasury & Forex professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our finance team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's foreign exchange exposure, optimizing cash flow, and supporting treasury operations. This role requires a unique blend of financial acumen and a design-thinking approach to problem-solving and process improvement within the treasury function.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage the company's foreign exchange exposures (both transactional and translational) and implement hedging strategies as appropriate.
* Analyze market trends and provide insights on currency fluctuations impacting the business.
* Assist in optimizing the company's cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital.
* Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
* Prepare treasury reports and presentations for senior management.
* Support in the implementation of new treasury systems and processes, leveraging design thinking principles for user-centric solutions.
* Contribute to the development of innovative financial strategies and risk management frameworks.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and provide treasury solutions.
