Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Treasury & Forex professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Indore. This role will be instrumental in managing the company's foreign exchange exposures, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic financial decisions within the dynamic pulp and paper sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, treasury operations, and possess an MBA/PGDM qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the company's foreign currency exposures, including identification, measurement, and hedging strategies.
- Execute forex transactions (spot, forward, options) in accordance with established policies and risk appetite.
- Manage daily cash positions, optimize liquidity, and ensure adequate funding for operational needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Assist in the preparation of treasury reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights on currency movements and interest rate outlook.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
- Support in evaluating and implementing new treasury technologies and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their foreign currency and treasury requirements.
