Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Head to manage the financial operations and cash flow for our Hardware & Networking division in Delhi. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial principles and a proven track record in treasury management. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's liquidity, managing financial risks, and optimizing financial resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash operations, including monitoring cash balances and executing transactions.
Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to ensure sufficient liquidity.
Oversee banking relationships and negotiate terms with financial institutions.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting.
Assist in the management of investments and debt facilities.
