Treasury Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Treasury Head to lead our treasury operations and financial risk management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, funding, and financial risk exposures, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization as it scales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage daily cash operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
- Oversee foreign exchange risk management, hedging strategies, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for credit facilities and other financial services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage investment of surplus funds.
- Support fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors and lenders.
- Implement and maintain robust treasury systems and controls.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
