Treasury Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Treasury Head to lead and manage all aspects of our company's treasury operations. This role is crucial for optimizing cash flow, managing financial risks, and ensuring the company has access to adequate funding for its growth and development projects in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with the company's overall financial objectives.
* Oversee cash management, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and optimizing working capital.
* Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for credit facilities and other financial instruments.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
* Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Monitor market conditions and provide insights on investment opportunities and funding strategies.
* Manage debt issuance, repayment, and covenants.
* Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies.
* Implement and enhance treasury systems and processes for efficiency and control.
