Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Treasury Head to lead our treasury operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, financial risk, and banking relationships to support UPL's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and short-term/long-term funding requirements.
- Oversee foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
