Treasury Head - M.Sc Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Treasury Head with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic finance team in Indore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's liquidity, financial risk, and investment strategies to support ZEE's growth objectives in the media, entertainment, and telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day cash operations, including cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash management and minimize financial risks.
- Oversee foreign exchange risk management, including hedging strategies and execution.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and optimizing banking services.
- Support in debt management and capital market activities, including fundraising and compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on investment opportunities and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the development and execution of corporate finance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment and support business objectives.
