Treasury / Liquidity / Equity Trading (2-3 Yrs) role in Clinical Research / Contract Research

We are seeking a motivated Treasury / Liquidity / Equity Trading professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial for managing the company's financial resources, optimizing liquidity, and supporting strategic investment decisions within the fast-paced clinical research sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and corporate finance, coupled with an MBA/PGDM degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.

Analyze financial market trends and their impact on the company's liquidity and investment portfolio.

Execute equity trading strategies in alignment with the company's investment policy and risk appetite.

Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, brokers, and other market participants.

Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, liquidity position, and investment performance for senior management.

Assist in forecasting cash requirements and managing foreign exchange exposures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
