Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury / Liquidity / Equity Trading professional with 3-4 years of experience and a strong legal background (LLB) to join our finance team in Vijayawada. This role will be crucial in managing the company's liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and engaging in equity trading activities, all while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legal frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.
- Execute treasury operations, including short-term investments, foreign exchange management, and debt servicing.
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks in equity trading.
- Conduct due diligence and legal review for all treasury and trading-related transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate fluctuations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and brokers to maintain strong relationships and optimize service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing treasury and securities trading in India.
