Treasury / Liquidity / Equity Trading Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Treasury / Liquidity / Equity Trading Specialist to join our finance team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and executing equity trading strategies to enhance financial performance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and forecast daily cash requirements, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.
- Develop and implement liquidity management strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize borrowing costs.
- Execute equity trades in alignment with the company's investment policy and risk appetite.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and corporate actions to identify trading opportunities.
- Manage relationships with banks, brokers, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, liquidity positions, and trading performance for senior management.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of market volatility on the company's financial health.
