Treasury Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Treasury Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations and liquidity of our Indian operations. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for optimizing cash flow, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of corporate treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize working capital and ensure adequate funding.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risks.
• Oversee debt management, including borrowing facilities, covenants, and debt issuance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and risks.
• Implement and maintain treasury systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and control.
