Treasury Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Treasury Manager to oversee the financial operations and cash management of our growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, investments, banking relationships, and risk mitigation strategies to support our mission of providing exceptional medical services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Manage daily cash operations, including cash forecasting, funding, and concentration.
- Oversee investment of surplus cash in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposure.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Prepare treasury reports for senior management and the board of directors.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team.
