Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our finance team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of treasury operations, financial risk management, and cash flow optimization. This role involves managing the company's liquidity, financial risks, and banking relationships to ensure optimal financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure efficient utilization of banking facilities.
- Implement and manage hedging strategies to mitigate foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards related to treasury operations.
- Support the development and execution of short-term and long-term funding strategies.
- Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management, highlighting key financial exposures and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within treasury functions.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis related to treasury activities.
