We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Operations professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's daily cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk exposures. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth financial operations of Nazara Technologies Limited, a leading player in the Indian gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions and forecast short-term liquidity needs.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage currency exposures.
- Oversee banking relationships and ensure efficient transaction processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support in the preparation of treasury reports and analyses for senior management.
- Assist in the implementation and management of treasury policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Manage investment of surplus funds in accordance with company policy.
- Support in debt management and covenant compliance.
