Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Treasury Operations Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This role will be instrumental in managing the company's cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring the efficient execution of financial transactions. You will work closely with internal departments and external banking partners to support our rapid growth and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short-term cash needs.
Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.
Manage bank relationships and ensure optimal banking services and fees.
Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end close activities related to treasury operations.
Assist with ad-hoc treasury projects and analysis.
