Tug Master

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Tug Master to oversee and manage the financial operations and compliance within our gaming company. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Com background to ensure efficient financial management, accurate reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and integrity of our operations in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
